?Nur gut dass kino.to und Megaup. down gegangen sind.. obwohl die ja auch in so sicheren L?ndern gehostet haben.
Feststeht wenn dir jemand ans Bein pinkeln m?chte schaffen sie es auch, gibt ja auch gen?gend berichte innerhalb der Szene wo Daten rausgegeben worden sind gg bezahlung.
Jeder hat seinen Preis .. und dazu geh?ren auch L?nder in kooperation mit Beh?rden.
Aber wo kein Kl?ger da kein richter

Even though I'm danish, I failed at the german language in school. However, my question is - How big of a chance is there for Blizzard to close down the bot? That's all that worries me, not to mention the creators of the bot whom will be paying cash to Blizzard if they win.
It doesn't really matter imho, since this is gonna drag on into eternity. Imho there's not a snowball's chance in hell that this will get closed down, IF german courts make the right decisions. Then again, I'm no lawyer. If HB should eventually be banned, then we will see a great opensource bot by then I'm sure.
All Blizz is doing is preparing for D3 and whatever else they next release I guess.

Considering Bossland lost on all charges vs Blizz until now, the chance of NOT losing isnt bigger than a snowball...
But nobody knows what will happen until the end, which will be around summer 2013.
you do know how the german court system works right?
edit: this sounded wrong. i was meaning to say, the last hearing was a mere formality really, eventhough i do admit that these decisions shouldnt really have been made. its obvious noone really gave a fuck.

Sure, only because they go a step further up to the BGH wont turn everything the other way round.
well it should at least allow a fair hearing and some thought flowing into the decisions that will be made. this last event seems to have been a farce, nothing more. anyway, i was stating IF they make the right decisions/stick to the law. weve seen some pretty unfortunate decisions before in germany though. there was an overruling of the people of schleswig-holstein's decision to keep our old grammar for example, which went against all democratic and legal principles and to me personally sealed the downfall of our country. before the last elections a party called "Die Partei" was also banned from running for parliament. they went all the way up to our constitutional court and lost epically. there should be an ourage, but there is none and there wont ever be one anymore i fear.
just saying, if you look at the current laws and assume that the courts are going by the books, then there should not be a snowballs chance in hell for hb to be banned. if one of those conditions does not apply, well...

Well, im from germany, so i like what you state and i had that hope too, but after seeing what happened in the first hearing, my hope is gone and my opinion changed to the previously stated one.
But lets put it this way: I hope the BGH will be in germany again and not in america like the LGH, you know what i mean?

What I don't understand is how the fuck anyone can go against something keeping people sane from Blizzard firm grip on their customers. Okay, noone force us to play wow..yet it is a great game to play. Why must blizzard do this to us, force ppl to manually wasting endless weeks to achive things. Look at many other games where basic grinding is automated, or at least partially. I have no count how many levels i done in i.e Anarchy online while sleeping thanks to their auto attack wich is implented. Not fast leveling, but at least xp. And I suppose many know dekaron. all afking pet class there

Maybe if the poisonous nature of this game was clear to the judges, they'd shift their affection towards the user base... Maybe... Then again, there are still enough morons out there who altogether deny the inproductive time wasting nature of their habit, users who will not agree to us.
