Lags when Toon attack Mob

İ have some problems with my settings i think.
But cant find a fix for that.

When my Toon start to target a enemy (Mob) it begin to Lag like crazy.
the lags start just when the Toon is in fight.
Loot and Run is fine.

İs there a problem with my Singular maybe ?

Maybe. Maybe not. Perhaps you could post a log so we could take a look?

set wow process on a higher than normal priority (task manager)

İ set the priority on Task Managerr to high...
