Lagging every 3 second - What's wrong?

I have alittle problem here which i can't solve on my own. I checked my plugins, and none seems to have been updated for the last year. So i dont think thats the case, but i just want to hear you guys, have you ever experienced something like this? and what did you do to solve it?

Task manager, right click on your running wow, set priority > High. Try this.
