Lag with hbrelog but not without?

WHen i use hbrelog my wow is lagging.

The way i fixed this normal was doing the ctrlaltdelete, and set it on high or over normal.

But the problem is when im using HBrelog im not allowed, keep getting a "Acces denied)...

So does anyone have a answer?

Is my computer to slow?
Is there anyway to extend the CPU usage on my wow windows?
Should i just quit Hbrelog?

Because of the wow lag, honorbuddy sometimes think its stuck, so i always get the "We are stuck"...
And im never stuck

Hmm, no one besides me who has to ctrlaltdelete for wow not to lag?
