lack of support after i send the tickets about my key issue feel helpless

clock is ticking and i still cant use my key with 5 session and 3 session
can only use 3-4 out of the 5,and 2 out of the 3. someone who can reach the support of the bot sale site,please help me to swap these keys for 8 with 1 session.
That support told me i cant split my keys,so it means i have to accept whats happening to me? paid for 8 and cant use them all ?
 
There is absolutely no one on these forums that can help you with that issue.

You can keep escalating your ticket, and dont let it close until the problem is resolved. You probably wont be able to get those keys split, because of the cost differences in bundles. But they should be able to get every key working correctly for you. But again, these forums have nothing to do with your keys not working, so no one here can help.

I wish there was a discount for bundle :(
 
well i told them i would buy 100-300 keys if i can have discount.
the first support replied to my tickets says i will have a discount,but didnot say how much,and stop communitcating with me after he said so
the second one just simply told me there is no discount .
but lucky i didnot buy so many.
 
i cant even get a reply to my support ticket and ive already bought my key but havent recieved it
