Guardian spec not supported for the moment, only feral.

If you are Feral spec, he will only use Bear Form :

1. Adds to switch to Bear Form settings reached.
2. Might of Ursoc settings reached
3. Using the key you set in Settings to switch to Bear Form.

hey,

you added somekind o powershift when rooted/slowed etc. can you put that as an option? cause fighting some adds that slow/roots etc makes my bear to change human form/bear form/human form/bear form. this happens with no movement etc, with tyrael/raidbot.

Download the zip file, unpack in your routine folder. Don't use SVN checkout ! Start HB, choose the routine and let it update it by herself.
