KingWoW is designed for 90+ level so use free HB Singular for levelling. You can use KingWoW too in levelling phase and if you need help for something i will be here!
 
Does the arcane CR not have a burn phase? just does the conserve phase over and over?

Absolutly YES!

In CR config you have a section "EVOCATION BURN PHASE"
here you can set 3 value:
1) "UseEvocationBurnPhase" set True to enable burning mana rotation type
2) "TimeSecondsEvocationAgainUp": this setting can optimize your rotation so CR will not wait evocation to be up in order to switch to burn phase.
3) "Evocation at mana %": will cast Evocation after burn phase at this value of mana percentage

probably you have disabled the "UseEvocationBurnPhase" in config
 
Just a quick question does the bot CR consider the trinkets you have, and whether or not you have 4 set t18 and so on, like with the class trinket add dmg for ice lance casted right after a frost bolt. and what not. not sure if that would increased dps alot or not vs the normal way getting your procs and getting rid of them all as soon as possible then go back to spamming frost bolt
 
Any 710+ ilvl arcane mages that use this? please share what config youre using. i feel my arcane numbers are way way way way way below par for my ilvl. frost seems about average but i do notice some mages with lower ilvl do some how out dps me in both specs, so if you have a good frost config as well please share! <3 both my frost and arcane spec based off warcraftlogs rank in the 30-45 percentile, based on ilvl bracket compared to other mages with same ilvl and spec on those specific bosses. so idk I must have some stuff really messed up.

I'm working on new rotation so... LF betatester with 4p T18 Bonus set and/or Archimonde trinket! Frost mainly!

Fix\improve Frost Rotation for T18 and Archimonde trinket (must enable max number of FoF and enable the trinket rotation) --> These new settings will be found in ROTATION CR section!

Terrible, I leave for 5 months and I come back to this routine being worse than before! Only 5k dmg on a 700ilvl mage.
 
LOL before blame CR provide some log.... for sure you are doing something wrong.
 
5k dmg with 700ilvl? Something is wrong with your bot, i have 680ilvl and im doing 30k-40k dps in HFC with frost spec.
 
anyone have a good raid config for a frost mage 713 - 4 tier pieces? dps expected? talents?

Start with default raid config-> set in CR config number of FingerOfFrost to 4-> enable Archimonde trinket if y have it -> just increase blizzard enemies number to 8/10
