i'm using for my cc noxxic and icy veins site (icy veins most)
I DONT NEED A GUI if you can make it do these things with out the need of settings.
BASICS
Buffs Molten Armor/Arcane Intellect seriously not important people can buff themselves imo
Combat Buffs and Talents
-T1 Talents only 2 viable both are preferrnce based Scorch
Scorch - Spell - World of Warcraft and Presence of Mind
Presence of Mind - Spell - World of Warcraft I prefer the use of scorch.
-T6 Talents
-Evocation with invocation talent
Invocation - Spell - World of Warcraft needs a do not interrupt channel on it evocating for 3-4 seconds and then interrupting it to use a trinket or cast a bomb is a waste because you have to complete the spell channel to gain the buff which means another 5 seconds of channeling when evocate comes back off cd thats almost 11 seconds of no dps time.
-Rune of Power you already know how this works, cast flawlessly in your arcane CC
double casts it in your frost CC needs to be fixed to do like your arcane this i believe should be the new T6 talent since the CD has been removed.
-Incanters Ward
Incanter's Ward - Spell - World of Warcraft this should be left upto the player to use since its best applied when expected damage is incoming and can break the shield other than that should use the passive benefit (i.e. Using it right before Garalon Crushes is a good time it always breaks)
Self healing Defensive CD's
-Healthstone below 30% hp? sounds good Ice barrier on CD Ice Block>only use if Cauterize talent chosen and me.hasdebuff
Cauterize - Spell - World of Warcraft
Cool Downs
Engineering gloves use on CD imo Trinkets if on use trinket on bosses only? Combustion controlled by the player for best results
the big one is Alter Time
Alter Time - Spell - World of Warcraft This can make or break because of the ability to use it to chain pyroblasts im going to post 2 ways it can be used depending on talents.
This is for PoM talent use Scenario 1: Alter Time and PoM
- Fireball until you get a crit.
- Inferno Blast queue that crit into a Pyroblast Buff.
- Make sure Pyromaniac debuff (via mage bomb) is up.
- Cast Presence of Mind
- Cast Alter Time now you should have a Hot Streak buff PoM buff and Alter Time buff
- At this point fire 1 pyroblast (using up the Hot streak buff), you will still have a PoM buff, and 6 seconds till Alter Time ends.
- Hit Pyroblast - this will use up the PoM buff (sending out pyroblast 2)
- Cast Alter Time a second time - This will preemptively end your Alter Time countdown and reset you to: Pyroblast buff and PoM buff and then it will fire
insta-pyroblast 3, consuming Pyroblast buff.
- Hit Pyroblast for insta pyroblast 4 (consuming PoM buff for the 2nd time).
- Hit Combust this can be done every 3 minutes for a massive ignite and it can be used every 1.5 minutes for a double Pyroblast with pom/combustion for a slightly smaller one Alter Time has a 3 min CD combustion and Pom both have 1.5 minute CD's
Method 2
- Almost the same thing except you dont have PoM talent you have Scorch so it works the same way minus the PoM if more detail is added let me know.
Edit Here : non PoM usage order Fireball till heating up proc>inferno blast to generate Hot Streak>Alter Time 1> make sure pyromaniac is up from mage bomb>
cast pyroblast>cast Alter time 2> cast Pyroblast also there is a way for you to make sure you have certain buffs like RoP or invocation buff before it uses alter time would be awesome.
1.1 Filler Rotation:
1.1.a) Keep your mage bomb up (Frost Bomb= should be kept on CD, Nether Tempest=Refresh when below 2 seconds remaining, Living Bomb=reapply@1 sec or last tick bomb will still explode at that point.) Bomb uptime is very important.
The only thing that should out weigh this imo is Heating Up proc which gives you your hot streak proc(more on this on down).
1.1.b) Keep Pyroblast dot up
(yes, that means if you go 18 seconds without a crit, you hard cast Pyroblast for the dot)<<-- I open with a Pyroblast on 2 seconds of pull timer so this seems unnesscary as i always have a pyroblast dot up.
1.1.c) Pyroblast when you have the insta-cast buff. The buff name is Hot Streak and it is gained by the player.
1.1.d) Queue Fireball into Fireball until you get a "Heating Up" proc.
DO NOT CANCEL YOUR FIREBALL WHEN THIS PROCS. Instead, spam queue Inferno Blast to force the "Pyroblast" buff. Heating Up is a buff gained by the mage here is how it works. Anytime you crit with a fire spell you gain heating up when this happens you use Inferno Blast(it is a 100% crit giving you 2 crits back to back causing a controlled Hot Streak proc) the idea is to make fire mage a little less RNG with that ability. A Heating Up proc is the only thing that should be cast over refreshing/reapplying a mage bomb so that the proc is not lost so i.e( Fireball>Fireball<Living Bomb Explodes or has 1 second left and gain Heating Up proc<> Inferno Blast takes Priority over Living Bomb to generate the Pyroblast Proc< now at this point you gained Hot Streak (free pyroblast! instant cast) Apply the bomb before using the Hot Streak they are both instant cast so you use only 2 seconds basically both GCD's)
