Kick's Profiles not loading, help!

I have been seeking help with my issue on the Kick's thread, and EchoTiger sent me here, as I have an issue that is more sever
My problem is that none of my Kick's profiles will load, they get to s certain point (I'm not sure what that is, I don't know these things very well) and it stops "moving/loading".
The last thing I did was set my logging level to diagnostic to see what was happening and this is what it said after I restarted everything and tried one last time:

I will post a copy of the current logs from my last attempt to load the SMV Alliance Questing profile. I hope someone can help me get this fixed, thank you!

Hmmm... this is a new failure mode for us. Let's start by cleaning your caches. Please carefully follow the instructions here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems​

Also, make certain you are running both the WoWclient and Honorbuddy with Windows administrator privileges.

If no joy, please show us a fresh log.
