Where does this go and how does it affect leveling? Is this the reason why my first toon didn't go get it's mount automatically at level 20 because I never copied the GoTo folder?

you don't copy anything... you svn the whole svn and that's it

and no, the goto folder doesn't get the mount

if it's horde, i fixed the issue of you not getting your mount a few days ago (make sure you re-svn daily)

Is it best to SVN to my HB folder and load from there? I've been making a Profiles folder in my HB folder, copying what I need, and going with that. Horde is the faction I'm playing right now. I also copy plugins and quest behaviors as instructed. Yeah, always re-SVN. I'm hoping Mr.ItemRemover plugin speeds up leveling with less cluttered bags and trips to vendor.

you can keep the profile folder wherever you want

Note: If you start this *midway* (18+), change <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="True" > -- True to False (hint: open the profile in notepad & 'find' ) in the EK 12-58 profile
If the Checkpoints are too high for your liking, you can also look for Checkpoin Level= in the profile and change them to a lower level
