Kicks 5-12 EK Profile Problem (Guaranteed Bug)

I've tested this multiple times on multiple different toons, it's a bug.

Tries to do the "Continue to Stormwind" Quest. Runs to Old Town and sits their AFK saying "Waiting on Taxi"

I know it's not my end, it's a bug in the profile.
