Kicks 12-58 not switching zones

My char has been questing in stonetalon mountains since level 30. It says in the Kicks profile post that he's supposed to have gone through south barrens (31) and desolace (33)... why is he still questing in stonetalon? I have all herilooms + 50% exp monk buff + 8% anniversery buff... total of like 115% exp or something. Is this the reason he's staying? How can I fix this... dont think I'm even getting exp anymore.

Edit: forgot to add he is level 34 now

It does a Quest line.
also it does a certain level per area thing too.
like lets say the place your at is a Quest line ---- if levels 30 to 35 keep Questing here
if levels 36 to 41 Switch to new Quest line area.
it does Quests as long as they are yellow.
