Using the fresh copy from SVN (updated at 11:55 today).
A bug with "Lieutenant Horatio Laine" not being in game, I wasn't able to accept his quests, I had to delete them.
So far, these give me the message Could not generate any hotspots for quest <quest>. Please place a quest override for this quest.:

<PickUp QuestName="Westfall Stew" QuestId="26241" GiverName="Salma Saldean" GiverId="235" />
I am very well aware of all the limitations of the lastest releases of HB. Maybe the hotspot generation issues will be fixed by an upcoming HB update, rendering this post useless (let's hope so)?
