Got some exceptions with this CC.
It does great in dungeons however.
Restart usually solves it.

Complete log (over 1 MB unpacked) attached.
Happens on zoning, and grouping/ungrouping.
Am also curious how this CC behaves in a raid. Did anyone test it out (and how does it do with setting tanks e.g.).
Because I can imagine you get a tank assigned to heal, instead of the CC selecting your tank for you.
And a suggestion to make use of Fade when in a dungeon/raid as healer (PvE) and u get aggro (if this is not done yet).
I noticed that I got aggro sometimes from additional mobs, manually pressing fade did the trick.
This might be something for a upcoming release?
Another suggestion is that I would like to see a function to disable movement when in a dungeon (so you control the toon, rest goes automated).
I don't know how well Mr. Autofight and this CC works together, but often it destroys alot of functions which are not contained in the combat routine.
Inner Focus is used, however it's also used for renew, which doesn't crit, and is a low cost spell. Bit of a waste to use inner focus for that. Maybe a check to prevent this combo (and other ones alike).
Dunno if this is to be in the CC, but a soulstone detection so you can resurrect while in combat during RaF.
