Khazra Den/Cave of the Moon Clan bounties

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but in bounties like "Clear the Khazra Den" or "Clear the Cave of the Moon Clan" DB will often ignore the last few mobs that need to be killed in order to complete the bounty.

Is a log required for this kind of bug?

Is there any way to fix this?
