i cannot find the place to enter the key. i have entered it without a password i have entered it in every spot i can help

i have spent a few hours now reading and looking a videos everyone just jumps right over this step cuzz it must be so easy , but 2 of us working here have not found the place to enter the key is there a way to delete refund and start again?

you double click honorbuddy.exe
you paste the key into the 'username' slot (make sure no spaces before / after or it will fail)
you press login

before doing this - make sure:
you're logged into your toon
windowed mode on wow
wow is running DX9 (video options)

run honorbuddy.exe as admin
