it kill the warden but does not pick up the infernal machine...wtf

damn come on mods plz fix this and bounty
 
i ran the keywarden profile yesterday and got 10 of each machine. picked up just fine as far as i know.

Same, working fine here. Do you have your items setup weird?
 
it work now but sometime actt 1 it dont pick up machien after killing key warden

also any 1 got profile to working kill uber for organs?
