Key Used in Another Region

As the subject says I have a key that allows 3 sessions and am getting kicked off because someone in Europe is logging onto my key, or is just using the Europe region option as a cover-up. Much help would be appreciated. I cannot end their sessions other than logging back onto HB via the North American region to kick them off the same way they are kicking me off. For whatever reason the buddy-auth portal no longer shows me which sessions are running on my key(s) not even when I myself have a couple sessions open on my computer. Either way, help. Thanks.
