after asking to change the email of my key support, my key was altereda of north america to europe where I can not log in because I am the latin america!

Sorry, I don't think english is your first language so let me clarify.

Are you stating that you requested assistance to change the email of your account and the employee accidentally changed the region making it impossible to use?

Sounds like they can fix it if they made a mistake.

Did you ask for assistance and are just waiting on a response?

Their a large company, I doubt they have any intention of ruining their reputation :)

i rate hb support at 10/10. So i`m sure it`s accident change. need wait responde.

PS do your DB teams running at hb2 final release or you wait HB3 fix ? may in PM
 
Or you have a key logger and someone is using your key as soon as you sent the email with it contained there >.>
 
Honorbuddy Staff has own keys. There is no need to have keys from members :D
If you have issues with your keys please use back office support. Forum support cannot assist you with checking/changing your key.
