key problem (error)

i just bought 30 days key for hearthbuddy and when i start HB and enter key i get error...There was an error authenicating your key with server.Please try again later or use a different key....Max sessions

its inposible to be max sessions when i buy key before 20 mins....any help?

Log On - Buddy Auth Portal
register with same e-mail adress you bought hb and check if there is an active session. if so, kill the session.

its working now,but ty for help anyway 8)) now i have problem with Silverfish.....8(

and bot again dont work...its loading and after few sec i get Hearthbuddy has stopped working....close program.and when i try again i get same error like before,i just wanna ask,is here any support or help,i paid bot and i want that bot to work,and i need help,where i can find that help...?

use support issues section providing your log file as attachment plz
