Key not working

It says "There was an error authenticating your key with the server. Please try again or use a different key. Max Session."
Which I am sure I am sure that I did not login anywhere else and I tried to restart the computer too.
Would you please help me with it? I attached the latest log with the thread. (There are four that I cannot login and one that I logged in.)

Yes, it crashes some times. But usually I just close it and open it next time as normal. But it cannot open this time.

I am not sure if what is a fresh installation called, but I deleted the whole folder and downloaded another one, and it does not work either.
