key not working

i tried the 3 day trial to see what its like b4 i pay for it monthly i downloaded it all entered my key it all worked fine within 30 seconds the program stopped responding and closed itself i loaded it back up entered the key but it says ive used all my sessions ???? surely not i didnt even get chance to do anything lol .... i have attached my log as requested

wait for 5minutes and try again if your DB crashed and has max session.
