Try formatting your hard drive, sounds like the only reasonable thing to do. After all you are the only one with this issue.

your a new user my key is a special key from when they was sued by blizzard. and i was 1 of the users there didnt ask for a refund. and now i want my key to show in buddy auth.

Ohhh so you're special. Also just because I registered on the forum recently doesn't reflect the amount of time I have had my bots. But let's circle back to you, why do you think your key isn't 'showing up'? I mean clearly it is working for everyone else you'd think your 'special' key would work too.

make sure you are registered on portal using the same email u used in checkout page
