Key not sent to email

Hey picked up the trail to test it out before buying, have not been sent a key, was able to sign into the buddy key tracking thingy and there is no key there too
some help would be awesome, thank guys

send us an email at [email protected]
including the payment email and the transaction id

all my emails go to my inbox EXCEPT for the key email which always seems to end up in the junk box. I would check there even if you revieved other emails into your in-box (registration etc...)
