If this problem is not fixed by tomorrow morning im probably going to have to ask for a refund.
Not sure about refunds, but I just got confirmation from the Admins that they are extending time due to the outage with the server patch.
who can i contact in regards to a refund? anyone know?
They have been refunding peoples time due to down times. I'm not 100% sure if they still are, I wouldn't be surprised if they restore your time that has been lost.
I bought 24hours just to try this bot out.... now since there is a patch I will have to wait? My 24hours are ticking..![]()

Guys please be patient. it takes 12-24 hours to get the bot up and running each time Trion patches the game. Do note ... we give you guys 1 day of time each time that the bot is down. If we could make it faster - we would, but it takes time.
Believe me, we hate the patches as much if not more than you do ... it takes away valuable development time (who wants questing done? i do!)
That's likely because a new key will do nothing for you right now. The program itself has to be revised in order for it to function correctly after a patch. A key would let you get into it, then you would be stuck in the program without being able to use it. I figure (just guessing) they are waiting to address your problem until after the program works again, that way they can get you what you need and you would actually be able to use it.
Resent you the key, its pretty fine, you have tried to copy & paste it in ryftomate ?
