Key is gone from buddy auth portal

Hi, I logged into my buddy auth portal account after I continuously got a session invalid error and to my amazement the key was gone from my account! Not sure how this happened but the key is completely gone, I still have the key but it is no longer attached to my account and continuous HB session invalid issues are starting to annoy me. If anybody has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated

before sending the email,make sure you are register in auth portal using the same email you used in checkout page

Whoopse didnt know that, sent it already. How do I see which email I registered under on buddy auth?
 
i have wow bot and my key is gone from buddy auth portal it says that i have demon buddy i dont have demonbuddy
