Key inactive..

Just purchased a lifetime key, and i can't find out how to activate it. I was never sent one in the email so i clicked the request lost keys which gave me an inactive one with 3650 days. I tried putting the key as the honorbuddy username and password blank "please enter shop password"

found how to get it working, key was in spam folder i copied it, i think it was the same but now it worked!
