I had lifetime expired I know it would eventually end but, I've at least 1 month more since HB down so can I get that month back?

If you had a key active during the down time, yes. youll get more time.

I had time during down time at least for 2 weaks before my key expired (23september if I remember)

Same happenend for me, my key was active till okt 3rd 2017 (3 days ago), yet no extra time added
