Key Expired?

Hello,

I had an active key that expired AFTER the massive set of ban waves but I was not given my extra days added to the key. Now that things are looking better, I decided to give things a try again and it seems I can't due to my key being expired.

Please add the 60+ days to my key.

No. I says it expired on 8/23/2011 .. so it has not had the extra 60+ days added to it yet.
 
I am in the same boat as you Pappa... used it for a couple of days after buying the 30 day key then bam the first ban wave hit. Decided to hold off till the detection code seem to be worked out. Actually glad I did seeing as there were like 2 more after the first one. Now after reading kick saying he hasn't been banned in a while figured I would try this out again.

I could care less about 60+ days added... just want to use what time I had left from the original 30. If I don't get banned this time then I will continue buying time.
 
My key is expired as well.

Doesn't seem like anyone really had 60 days added to the keys.
 
yes, 2 keys, both expired now. I bought the bot the day it was released to the public and thanks to ban waves have had time ever since.

I was in the game botting when each ban wave has hit. I was botting on both of my Ryfto accounts when the last ban wave hit. One account was banned, 5 minutes later the other one was.

Tony,

I PM'd you the information you requested a few days ago and my key is STILL not working. My key was active during the last banwave(s) in August as I showed in the information I provided you in the PM. Can I please get some information as to what is going on?

Okay. I just know how often Trion loves to patch and since things are working right now I am anxious obviously to get a few days of botting in before they path again :)
 
Any news on my Key? This really shouldn't be that hard to fix. I can see in the Buddy Auth Portal all of the info for my key which shows when it expired, when it was purchased, etc. I PM'd you all of that info as requested. I just want to bot while things seem to be working :-(
 
Hey Tony, can you add the lost time to my current key, if needed I can supply with PM. I forgot that you all issued +60days to the old one and I up and bought a new one

all keys that were active when the banwave happened got already +60 days,was your key active at 15/08?
 
Any word on my having the time added to my key? I'm with pappasmurf here. Why does it take you guys so long to take a look at our keys and add additional time? According to you guys, this situation shouldn't have even occurred, let alone taken days to correct.
