'Key expired' but got a lifetime key?

Hi, about 2 years ago I purchased a lifetime demonbuddy key. However, today demonbuddy said 'key expired'. I reinstalled demonbuddy but that didn't change anything. What is going on?

Hi , i have the same problem today , my log say

Need a little help what to do now because it was a lifetime key .. thx
