Key authentication failed

Hi, I have a problem, I can't start the bot because it tell me the key authentication failed.

"Honorbuddy v2.5.6351.482 started.
Logging in...
Authentication failed!"

And when it starts if I go on Auth Portal I find this on my sessions:

where you read that, there shortly will be the Key displayed that the session uses

Sorry I didn't understand what you mean. On my auth portal it says my key is temporarly disabled and when I start the bot I need at least 5 try for the BOT KEY to be accepted.

So what is the problem that causes my authentication to fail so many times?
