Key attached to the wrong email

So I had the key sent to an email I used to use for HB prior to it being changed to a subscription basis but my new account on a different email. When try to purchase from the buddy store it requires that I use the email that I purchased the key on however it only shows the old keys in 2014 and not the new one as I believe the new one is attached to my new email address, any way to switch the key from one account to another?

I also cannot create a Buddy Auth account using my new email because it requires I use the email that the new key was sent to. any Ideas



Edit Clarification: I purchased HB using Email#1, opened the bot and used the key to activate it, now it will not let me make an account on buddyauth using email#2 (where the key is currently attached) and if I try to log in to email#1 it shows no active keys but does allow me to log in.
