key already claimed

Purchased a Lifetime key, received it in my email, tells me its already claimed already put an email into support and they have yet to get back to me (3 days ago). Anyone else able to possibly give me a solution? This is slightly irritating i know sometimes support can get busy but would still love some help.

its not auto applied their either.

did you make sure you registered for a NEW buddyauth account using the same e-mail you used during check out?

because all keys are automatically bound, theres no such thing as an unbound/claimed honorbuddy key.
