Keeps saying it can't connect to login servers

I logged out of the game on my phone.

I have verified my password by logging into google twice, I also have it allowed in my firewall.

I have deleted cache twice.

It just immediately say it can't login.

I logged into the Pokemon servers to test and I can get in it that way so I'm stumped.

Any help is appreciated.

Nope, still almost instantly says it can't connect. I downloaded a fresh install and it did it again...let me try downloading again.

Hmm, never mind, it's working now. I just re-downloaded it for the 4th time and it works now. Odd. I did put it on my desktop instead but I don't know why that would be a factor, may be a coincidence?

I mentioned in my previous post that it started working after I downloaded it for the forth time for some odd reason.
