keeps looting the same pokestop and won't catch pokemon

I have the same problem, not sure what going on!

After updating i also got the infinite pokestop problem

at first i got problem with "auth key" failure but after a while it works
but now i have the same problem as most ppl saying pokestop cant be looted and it keeps trying.
