Keeps freezing

Hi all

When running questing bot or gatherbuddy for some reason once it goes under a (bridge,building,tree,cave,rock) or just anything that covers the top on my toon he wont move after that? i have to make him move forward the smallest ammount and he mounts and carrys on the profile? anyone else had this?
