Keeps asking me for a key now!

I never got an email an also I can not login with my old credentials (user name and PW) which still work on this site. My email has hcanged since then I first got HB.
 
I paid for life time and I never got an email. I change my email since the time I first registered. My credentials still work for this site which is the same I used to log into HB with. I have never complained over my 4+ years of lifetime please don't make me start now.
 
Never got email... how about a pm... just saying.
 
So you expect me to remember my email address from 4 years ago?? Really? I want to let you in on a little secret... as I travel around the world to different war-torn areas I change my email. So please help me resolve this issue. I am sure you did make an announcement however it still would not have solve my issue. please do not give me the run around my user name and PW is what I used here and for bot. Help me because I have already tired every email i could think of.
 
Username already exists please choose a different one.
 
then the only way to fix it is to send an e-mail to support, make sure to include as much information as possible so they can recover that for you.

I did that so we will see. I also notice that the login I have look different then the ones in the forums

the old bot / shop login
your forum log
buddyauth login

are all different and aren't linked. you can have completely different e-mails and usernames across all of them.
 
Thank you CodenameG. I never loose faith in the team but I was a bit confused. problem was solved and fast.
