Keeping getting stuck on loading screen

I am kind of new I appreciate everyone work. But when I use DB to do some chest runs, it would sometimes do 10-80 games before it gets stuck on the loading screen. I see the red dots at the bottom moving back and forth, and task manager indicates D3 is running fine.

I have honest tried everything from updating graphics drivers, deleting cache/agent folder on diablo 3, monitoring processor/graphic card heat temperatures, and ran d3 as an administrator mode. Seems like nothing is fixed, I not actually sure if this is DB problem or Battlenet servers. Everything was working fine before that patch update, now it just gets stuck frequently on that loading screen. If anyone has this problem, and can give some insight or opinion please do so. I am out of ideas.

Thanks you for your suggestion. But nothing seems to be fixing the problem. I have freshed installed DB .362 to run chest after 10 games, it gets stuck on the loading screen with the red dots moving. But the game won't start or anything.. I used the new beta version 415 DB, and after 20 or so games the same thing happens. I am thinking it can be a connection problem, but if it was I would be disconnected from the game. So it can't be... If I leave it on it will just stay on the loading screen forever.

Everything was working fine until, they did that patch update. Than this started happening =/ Anyone else having the same problem?
