Correct, but what they do with my information has to be in compliance to their privacy policy or else it's considered spionage which is a crime.
What I was trying to say is despite giving permissions that doesn't mean they're allowed to break the law. You can make a girl sign a paper and then rape her and claim that she gave you authorization to rape her, you'd still be going to prison ^^

Sorry but no, they do whatever they want with the info since its not linked to you in any way. Say for example, they take a snapshot of your processes, but dont have your ip or pc name, how is it linked to you? They still know hb was in your background, so you was botting, cya.
For the rape thing, no comment needed other then that im sure there where sex offenders who walked free just cause of a note or vid agreeing to the "sexual crime" done to them.
Point made here is, the law can be stretched way further then you can ever imagine, if they want it, they will do it. And since they dont need any proof to ban you, you will never ever know.
