Keep seeing this RED text. HELP

About 7 out of 10 times I load HB, I get this RED text in the Log window.

Disable the HBRelog Helper plug-in if you don't use HBRelog.

But I do use HBRelog. Not every time, but at night when I go to sleep or when I go to work.

How can I fix this? Or is this on the developers side?
