keep getting error when starting error listed in post

what could i be doing wrong worked last night today not at all
 
that has a 500kb post limit unless you go pro and even cutting the log to where it happened = 1.68 mb log ???

Don't include the entire log. Post 10-20 lines before & After the problem occurs.
 
Remove the Quotation marks, and put your log data in between.

["code"]PASTE ALL THE LOG DATA HERE["/code"]
 
tried that as well to many characters to post in that manner

Tony is there any other possible method seeing as the file is 2.2mb and the forums will not let me attach log also will not allow me to post in forum post using code brackets so what am i supposed to do about getting you the log files attempted linking you google docs but got a copy paste of previous answer

again the file was before the newest update sometimes it runs for 6 hours or more and the update comes in as soon as i start it updates though,,,,
