Hey


So, I am using a AH profile that lets your post, cancel undercuts, and repost. Pretty simple profile, its called AH v2.5 (probally the one everyone uses).

But im having some issues....

I keep getting spotted, by the same fking guy, everytime. Dosn't matter if I make a new character or anything, he spots me.
I am selling gems, both cut and uncut, and apparently he is too. He sits by the AH, cuts gems, posts to AH, if hes been undercut he cuts a new, and posts it.

But my bot, whenever it has cancelled something, it goes to the mailbox to pick it up, and runs back.

That is when he is spotting me, he can see that the bot uses the same path all the time.
So, I thought that "hey, ill just move to another auction house". But no. The moment he sees me posting these auctions, undercutting him, he does /who xxxx, finds me in the city near the AH, and just reports me (he says he has gotten his friends to report me too).

Now, my question is - what can I do about this? Is there really nothing else to do than doing it manually, just like him?

He's being such a pain in the ass, cos tbh, I don't think he cares about me botting or not, he just dosn't like the competition on the market.


Would like to hear from anyone out there who has experienced issues like this, or has a solution to my problem!

Report him too for harassment. Getting his friends to report you (and admitting it) can get him in trouble. So open a ticket and play dumb saying he just doesn't want the competition and is harassing you.
 
I thought of that, but apparently you can only report ppl for cheating or their name/guild name =/
 
Report them for cheating. Yes it's not spot on, but it can raise attention to this guy. But also you can very calmly and maturely message this person and ask them about it. Once this person replies, more reporting options kick in and open up.
 
I'm guessing if he's so over zealous that he brags about having friends report you that if you asked him to leave you alone he'd probably lose his shit and curse at you, which you can also report.
 
GMs dont do shit about AH bots, as long as you are afk most of the time, so let your AH profile check for undercut only all 20-30 minutes or so, Im prettey sure noone will be able to do shit about this, and I am speaking out of experience ...

Proceed, I was looking for a way to make it check every 20-30 minutte, rather than every 2m.
Any idea how I do that? It isnt in the botconfig, and im not much of a coder =/
