Keep getting authentication failed on a new key!

Hi guys,

I've just bought a DB key, and it's my first time using it.
But I keep getting the message "Authentication failed!" when I try to use the provided key.

And sometimes, the message changes to "TRIPWIRE" and then "Authentication failed"

Any thoughts?

Using Win7x64, and only one DB instance.

But my account isn't banned. I'm playing it right now.
Also, It was my first time trying to log into DB.

In time, I'm getting right after the failed authentication, the message "Max Sessions"

Same, i understand the downtime, but will the one day key be reimbursed, as in we can get a fresh 24 hour key?

Having the same problem can play my acc but my brand new 1year key is giving the tripwire auth failed msg any idea how long it will take before working again?
