Keep ancient only disabled?

Hey there, whenever I enable "keep ancients only" in Trinity there is a note at the bottom, that its disabled for the moment. In fact, ingame all Legendarys are stored. Is there any hint that I probably can keep ancients only? Thanks so far <3

There is an option at town run "always stash ancient". Im using item list and this works for me. (He keeps Ancients even if they are not in the item list)
