RebornBuddy Login Error – "Invalid Product Key"

Hello ! So I just bought a RebornBuddy license key today. It worked fine at first, but after about an hour the app started crashing. When I tried logging back in, it kept saying "Invalid product key" - I tried switching between both China and Europe servers but same error. I've attached the screenshots and logs for you to check. Really hope you can help me sort this out. Thanks!(Oh, and just wanted to mention – when the crashes first started, I was on version 1.0.586.0. After noticing the issue, I actually downloaded the latest version 1.0.681.0 and tried logging in again, but still couldn’t fix the problem.)
 
Hi, shopify was indicating there was a high risk of chargeback and recommended that the order be cancelled. I sent an email to you earlier today, indicating that there was an issue. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. If you wish to place another order I'll mark it as manually approved.

Thank you for the reminder. I just saw the email I received earlier about the order cancellation and now understand the reason for it. However, I haven’t received the refund after the cancellation. I’d like to confirm the status of this. Does this mean that if I repurchase, I only need to place the order again without making a second payment?

The refund is currently processing on shopifys end, their help articles indicate the money will be back to you in 5-10 days.

Since the first order has been refunded you will need to make a new payment. Again sorry for the inconvenience.
