Kadala question on trinity

I now see that Kadala is built in but my character will not go spend any shards once he hits the certain shards point on that. Is there something I need to turn on? I dont see anything under the gambling page that i have to check mark or anything to use. I just started using this again. PLease help if you can

Did you select which items you would like to gamble for?
 
You will likely have to provide a log to get more help.

Also you may want to go ahead and reinstall everything from scratch. Make sure after installing Demonbuddy that you then delete the trinity folder that comes with DB and install the latest version.

Its a fresh download of DB and I have trinity 2.14.1 and its still not working
