why can't GB run back to your body and only can rez sick?
 
Because.... it can't? >.<

GB's navigation is not as "advanced" as HB's.
It uses the old-school Waypoints navigation.
 
I don't see why they dont update the navigation, or some features, as Bossland started out with GatherBuddy am i right? There main product right?

Im just saying, give the GatherBuddy some love!
 
Yeah but Glider had waypoints, anyway we can add ghost waypoints? Or something else than rez sick = P It's lameee!

What if you died on a mountain that you needed to fly up for?

Poses as quite an issue.
 
No that's exactly what i talking about. I died in stormpeaks and my body was pretty close. Wouldn't it be easier to generate a path when you can fly over everything?
 
I don't think that a NavMesh can calculate the Z (up and down) coordinate without taking hours, as there are MILLIONS of combinations to make, so they use the waypoint system, and they waypoint system cant work like that.
 
Yeah i understand was hoping for a different answer though xD

we will keep the rez procedure as it is

Well.. GB has been kinda out of the equation for a while..
Ever since HB 2 arrived =/

Only getting updated when something either gets messed up or it's not version compatible.

I think it will stay like that till they eventually "merge" GB with HB (if ever).

It's frustrating really =/
 
northrend is just really weird with its graveyards some of them you can fly in, some you cant. even glider had problems in the short time it was use-able with wrath. in the end its just easyer and better to just rez at the GY, besides you shouldn't be dieing anyway. if you are, then somethings wrong with your profile.
 
Only times i die is when i get ganked/fall of cliffs ( i blacklisted a lot of them) or i get a bunch of patting adds/elites
