I was wondering How many U-Verse customers got a 6 month ban or a perma ban..Because i`m wondering if they are watching people via IP address....U-verse has assigned IP`s for its modems its in yellow on the right side of the modem....so if you wanna change that IP, you would have to take in the modem and change it out for a new one.

I'm using Time Warner Cable (TWC); they were actually just bought out by Charter Internet, and we received a letter in the mail that our speeds will be bumped up to 100 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up in the coming week - free of charge.
