Just me or are higher affix values rolling now?

Got a ring with 24% GF, I thought 20% was the highest??

Got a scoundrel item with 304 dex, never seen over 300 before.

Anyone else notice higher rolling values on items?

Another ploy by Blizzard to force everyone to buy new gear from AH every update?

Side note: stash pages are filling up faster after latest update also.

I guess you don't read any of the patch notes.

Jewelery (and other items) can now roll level 63 affixes (based on the level of the mobs).
