When they ban the mac-address does this mean I can't ever log into wow from that mac-address ever again?
As far as i know they only wipe the mac adress once but dont watch it after that.

Your MAC address doesn't actually get sent out "over the net", it's just used in networking (so, between your computers and router). It's far more likely Blizzard would just look at your local machine's MAC address, from WoW/Warden, and use that to identify a "unique" machine.
You could use Macshift, and have it run on startup, to give you a new mac address each time.
